Maame Nyarko-Mansa Brobbey is the Executive Assistant to the CEO (Acting) and Head of Underwriting at GLICO Health Insurance LTD. Her journey with the organisation is a testament to dedication and professional excellence, having begun her career as an intern within the Underwriting and Claims Department before completing her National Service with the organisation. Recognised for her diligence and commitment, Nyarko-Mansa was retained as a permanent staff member, subsequently rising through the ranks to her current leadership position. 

Throughout her tenure, Nyarko-Mansa has played a multifaceted role in the company’s success. Beyond her core expertise in underwriting, she has been instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Her versatile leadership is further highlighted by her current service as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (Acting), a role that provides her with a unique, high-level perspective on corporate strategy and operations.

When it comes to Academic & Technical Credentials, Nyarko-Mansa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Wisconsin International University College and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Her technical foundation is bolstered by advanced coursework in Insurance Claims Management, Actuarial Premium Pricing, and Enterprise Risk Management. 

In addition to her actuarial and financial background, Maame Nyarko-Mansa Brobbey is ISO 9001: Certified – CorelDRAW 2018 from IPMC IT Education, Ghana. Committed to staying at the forefront of digital efficiency, she has completed a course in Mastering Data Analysis in Excel, ensuring that her department remains data-driven and operationally lean.
