Charles Otuo serves as the Chief Finance Officer of GLICO Health. In this pivotal leadership role, he oversees all facets of the company’s financial strategy, including accounting, regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and comprehensive risk management. His calculated oversight ensures that the organisation maintains its robust financial health and operational integrity within the evolving healthcare sector. 

A seasoned financial strategist, Charles brings a wealth of multi-sectoral experience to the GLICO team. Before joining the organisation, he served as the Group Management Accountant for LMI Holdings, where he simultaneously acted as the Finance Lead for the Group. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes was further honed through a series of high-profile senior roles, including: 

• Chief Finance Officer (West Africa) for the Transnational Academic Group, where he managed regional financial operations. 

• Finance and Administrative Manager for Pacific International Lines (Gh) Limited, overseeing administrative excellence alongside fiscal duty. 

• Working Capital Manager for Meridian Port Services (MPS), focusing on liquidity and operational efficiency. 

Charles’s career is defined by his commitment to transparency, precision, and strategic growth. His extensive background in financial stewardship and risk mitigation continues to be a cornerstone of GLICO Health Insurance's mission to provide sustainable and reliable healthcare solutions. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and holds a BSc in Administration (Accounting option) and an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).
