How The Retiree Health Plan Works

The process is designed to be straightforward for employees preparing for retirement as below;

2. The employee liaises with GLICO Health Insurance for the available Retiree Health Plan packages and payment options available.
3. The employee pays premiums (monthly/ quarterly/half-yearly /yearly) towards the premium contribution before their actual retirement.
4. On retirement, the employee starts to enjoy the benefits of the prepaid Retiree Health Plan until the end of the agreed policy period. 5. An option is available for extension for additional years, as may be required.
