Bernice is the Chief Marketing Officer for GLICO Healthcare responsible for managing the business aspects of GLICO Healthcare specifically Sales, Client Relations (including the Experience Center), Third Party Administration Sales, and Administrative Support Departments.
She is a driven and result-oriented leader with over thirteen years of experience in customer experience management and service quality assurance in the financial service industry in Ghana. Her experience includes banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, Access Bank, UMB, and Heritage Bank.
Bernice is a business leader who drives organizational growth and profitability with proven customer engagement strategies and has a track record for achieving high standards of performance through people. She leverages her strong analytical and research skills to build end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives, navigating risk with robust controls and a commitment to regulatory compliance. She is skilled in motivating teams in building customer-centric cultures that support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Bernice holds a Distinction in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) General Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. She graduated from the University of Ghana Business School with First Class Honors in Business Administration (BSc Admin - Banking and Finance Option) and is a product of Wesley Girls High School. She holds a Certificate of Successful Completion of the ISO 9001: 2008 Series ‘Quality Management Systems (QMS) Auditor/ Lead Auditor Training Course’ which is an IRCA Certified Training Course conducted by SGS Ghana and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K).
