His expertise spans the critical intersections of the insurance, specifically life, general, health- and pensions sectors. 

As the Chief Business Development and Sales Officer at GLICO Health, Nathaniel is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion strategies. He leads a high-performing sales team with a focus on technical excellence and customer acquisition. A key architect of the company’s competitive strategy, he is instrumental in cultivating robust partnerships and propelling GLICO’s market-leading position within the healthcare financing landscape. 

Nathaniel has a strong track record in expanding market share, building sustainable client relationships, and delivering consistent commercial results. He previously served as Head of Sales at GLICO Health and has held leadership roles, including Managing Director at Oak Insurance Brokers, as well as leadership positions with Old Mutual Life Assurance, Vanguard Life Assurance, and United Pensions Trustees. 

He is recognized for his strategic mindset, resilience, and ability to deliver results in competitive environments. His expertise spans B2B and B2C sales strategy, key account management, market intelligence, and executive-level negotiations. 

Nathaniel is a Chartered Marketer (CIM – U.K) and holds a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing (CIM- U.K). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management and Management Consulting at KNUST.
