Pastor Stephen Egyinam Quarm is a seasoned Marketing and Communications Strategist with over 15 years of practical experience in project management. His expertise spans market research and analysis, the design and execution of marketing and communication strategies, strategic planning, advertising media evaluation, and the facilitation of seminars that engage and inform diverse stakeholders. 

 He currently serves as General Manager, Operations at Aidoo Mensah & Associates Limited, a multidisciplinary consulting firm specialising in actuarial, pensions, insurance, and management consultancy services. Pastor Quarm has contributed to numerous high-impact projects, including feasibility study reports, the development of innovative insurance products for providers across West Africa, financial condition reports for insurance companies, and a range of actuarial consulting assignments. 

Prior to going into private practice, he held the role of Public Relations Manager at Metropolitan Insurance Company, where he honed his skills in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. 

Pastor Quarm is an ordained minister of the Gospel, serving with Winners’ Chapel International.
